Midway Chevrolet should not have a Chevrolet dealership license. What this representative did to me in the service department was undoubtedly the most unprofessional unhopeful Unorganized Dealership I've ever been a part of. I've been with Chevy for 14 years. When you schedule your appointment for just headlights and a check Engine light and it takes A-day and a 1/2 to get the car in and they make you pay for all the ubers and lifts does that seem right. Here's a stupid idea if you're overwhelmed don't allow people to schedule. I asked for the General manager and the service manager to call me and both of them chicken out. I am due to buy a new car from Chevy in 2 months after this experience I can't tell you if I'm going to buy my next car from Chevy.
