I picked up my vehicle on Thursday 9/23 and was not given any repair paperwork for my records. Rachel told me she was still running time for warranty and could not print out any documentation of my repairs. I have texted her and emailed her twice and it is almost a week later and I still haven’t received my repair paperwork. I don’t know if she is still running time for warranty or not. She advised me that she would email me as soon as she finished running time. My vehicle was with your dealership for 10 days.

This comment has nothing to do with Jason my service manager, but more as a dealership as a whole. I made an online appointment and arrived at my allotted time, only to learn that it would be a full day before my truck was even looked at. I had not arranged for anyone to give me a ride home and had I known my truck wouldn’t be serviced until the next day I would have waited. Instead I had to find alternate transportation to work the next day and then find a way back to the dealership. All told I probably drove close to 85 miles out of my way because my “appointment” wasn’t really an appointment. Very frustrating.

Tyler really did a great job always keeping me updated when my parts got there and what time they thought it would be done but when it comes to the repair I was told that they were goin to replace both driver and passenger side lower control arm tension links and ball joints under warranty but when I got my car back and wanted to see the new jewelry I got it up underneath it and saw that they only replaced the passenger side

First Alfredo did not assist us. When we called to set our appointment we had other things that needed attention and told the person who made the appointment what they were. When we arrived we were told there was nothing in our appointment and that we would need to set another date for that. Never talked to Alfredo at all and the other things never got looked at. We live in Wichita Falls and try to get things done in one shot so we don't have to make as many appointments. It's annoying.
