Our experience with Lexus couldn’t have been better. I came for the service and Hassan Sarim handled the service process and all paperwork in the most professional way. He was clear and concise, which was greatly appreciated. The center provided us with a loan car for the day. During the day I received status updates on my car. My car was not just ready for pick in a few hours, but was cleaned inside and out. It was a very pleasant surprise from the team who worked on my car. It was a great experience and great service. I’d highly recommend the folks at this place.
