Tyler is awesome, no complaints at all! Only dealer complaint was no loaner cars or rentals even though the warranty covered. Regardless, dealing with Tyler is great… I’ll be back for sure!!

Time to complete repairs and communication not great. The truck is driving good however. The main issue was on ticket said shocks leaking and I denied repairs. I never denied anything and would have taken cate if this which most likely should have covered under my extended warranty. Regardless the opportunity to get the repair made so I would not have to be inconvenienced again was not offered to me. I let Rachel know, she replied back yesterday at 10am that she would call me then never did. All this after it took 10 days for repairs and no rental which was included under my warranty.

I’m really not ever going back to this dealership. My last two experiences have been less than satisfactory. The information we were provided was confusing and contradictory. Both what needed fixing and price. Could be just poor communication. I think what bothered me the most was that attitude we received. We were treated like we were an inconvenience. The check engine light was on so we were told that they would need the car for two full days! We only have the one car. Ceasar said the repair would cost $1300 for an intake valve replacement. Declined the repair due to price. Needed to pick up the car at 5:00pm and was told they would rather have us pick up next day. Ceasar was polite but he was not interested in waiting for us to pick up the car at that late hour. Mentioned to my husband and to me. I replied that having no car for two days and having to get from north Phx to Tempe was a longistics nightmare. Cesar couldn’t care less. Meanwhile they couldn’t find my car. I’m a nice person and treat everyone with respect and I expect from places a modicum of service. I’ll be taking my car somewhere else. Lastly good for thought: treat your employees better so they treat your customers better.
