It was just okay. I know it is not the service department's fault, but it is frustrating to be told I have a safety recall, the ABS needs to be replaced, but we have no idea when we will get the part. He said it is not dangerous, as long as the light doesn't go on, but I still worry. So, it wasn't completely satisfactory. Through no fault of his, I would just feel better if I could get it done.

Daren was great to work with but I would have liked more consistent communication throughout the day. I dropped the vehicle off at 8am and had to call at 1:30pm for a status update because I had not received anything before then. I then got a text that said the work was in progress and they would call when ready. I called again at 3:15 to ask if I would get my car back that day before they closed at 4pm. He then said it was ready and asked if I would be able to come get it before 4 (I live 20 minutes away). I had to jump in the car right away with my entire family to come pick up the car. All of that could have been avoided with simple text message communication throughout the process. Thank you.

There is a plastic piece that we found on the floor behind the front seat. No explanation as to where it came from or why it was just sitting there. Please contact me and I will send photos so you can identify it and reinstall it.
