Rachael did a great job to get my service completed in a reasonable amount of time. She even had the technician point out some problems with my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. She was a great help!
I was disappointed that the price for The Works service increased and that you no longer wash the vehicle as part of the service. Also, that you don’t offer shuttle service on Saturday.

It took an excessive time to cordinate maintenance and collision damage, everyone seemed very busy. Car was not very clean when returned lots of bird droppings, driver's side floors was full of gravel Don't you clean floor mats anymore. I took my car in a week before and they left a hose loose. I had to take off a day from work for the check engine light to find out it was a loose hose from when I took it in the week before. Completely Lexus fault… Terrible inconvenience, probably will take my car somewhere else next time.
