Maverick schedule an appointment for 11 AM on Tuesday he arrived on time and then was told after confirming the appointment he had to wait for hours for his oral change. Beyond unacceptable. No offer was made to compensate him for a ride home offer him lunch none of the above. Considering we bought the vehicle at the dealership and receive service like this is totally unacceptable

Tyler was great. He jumped on a weird problem that occurred around 75/80 mph and resolved it in record time. The saying under promise but over deliver comes to mind which is a great way to operate. I drive the Fords and my wife drives the Porsches. You guys provide Porsche level service.

This was the 4th time to try to correct the initial issue and again it was wrong and what makes it worse is that some of the mistakes that were made on the previous attempts were made again.
I'm not sure if I will ever put my truck on that lot again!!!
