Tim was very professional and helpful with explaining work done on my Lexus NX. Loaner cars are always a plus. I was not happy with the cost of service, especially changeout out of spark plugs…yikes!! Also, Lexus needs to get their act in gear on electric vehicle launches …and not just with that small suv for young kids! You’re going to lose market share with boomers, GenXers & millennials!!

Had an 8:30am appointment to have the paint protection reapplied. At the 4.5 hour mark for waiting in the Waiting Room, I located my vehicle in the service drive, completed from the application, but my service advisor was jaw jacking with 2 others. 15 minutes earlier, I text to find out a status on completion from the text messaging notification and received no reply. I feel this process did t have great communication, could have been a bit quicker.
