Raechel was great and did everything in her power to get the warranty work done. The dealership management needs attention. If you cannot get cars serviced with current labor constraints, stop taking appointments online. I showed up at 7am on 1/15 for my appointment. My jeep wasn't able to be looked at until 1/18. There is only one mechanic that can look at the front end and there was a line of cars ahead of mine. I get the labor constraints right now, but suggest you create a waiting list if you can't look at them same day. No loaner cars are available and I never got a call from Enterprise rental car after being added to their list.

Aaron was great at communicating with me. But the techs are a little overzealous to get cars out the door. I was told my truck was ready. As soon as I started it the check engine light came on. After about 30 mins I was told it might be a faulty plug but it should be good now. Not even 10 minutes into my drive home the light came back on and the truck acted like it did when I took it in. I had been told it was faulty injectors going in. I understand we have labor supply constraints. If they had needed more time I would have understood (it was there for close to a month), but wasted so much time because no one bothered to see it had a check engine light on.

Everything was great except when I showed up at 9:25 for my 9:30 appointment no one said anything to me until 9:51. Not even a greeting to apologize that they were running behind. I was told when I made the appointment that my car would need about an hour, so when it wasn’t ready until 12:30 I was disappointed it took so long.

Found puddle of oil on my garage floor this morning. Also found drips on my new driveway and front paver driveway. The tech spilled oil all over the skid plate when removing the oil filter and didn’t bother to clean. I also found that the tire rotation never happened. I’ll be calling first thing in the AM. These are rookie mistakes you should never expect from a dealership.
