I’m not sure what was done. I purchased my vehicle after Leasing. It is my understanding that the vehicle had to be inspected, hence, I am sure this is what was done, my extreme complements go out to Garry Johnson and Curtis Harvey for making this purchase process so easy and understanding. Even though I am extremely disappointed with Lincoln’s Service and Car loaner performance (sometimes it takes a month or more to get a service appointment or more than a month to get a loaner in three years I might have gotten one loaner). I am truly offended by the service from Grapevine Lincoln. I now go to the Ford Dealer for service. Lincoln should get out of the service business. What a failure.
