Joe was great but the overall experience with drop off and pick up is very chaotic. I was speaking with another customer and we both felt the experience overall is very stressful. More so than any other dealership we have experienced. Too busy. Not enough lanes. Takes too much time.

Your service advisor was great. Great young man. I was upset that you would not check my front end alignment unless I purchased a complete realignment without knowing if I needed it. I asked to check the freezing point on my antifreeze can't have that unless I buy a flush. I realize that up selling is a way of life but that's very poor. I will not buy another car there. I have done 100 percent of my maintenance there you think they could check my antifreeze. My complaint is against the policy not the young man who helped me.
