Jacob was great. I was happy with the technical service rendered. I was surprised to learn I was out of coverage on the vehicle and had to pay out of pocket. I was also surprised I wasn’t sold or told of an option to pay for a lengthened service coverage program. I don’t plan on getting rid of the vehicle any time soon and I’d love to keep it serviced well, I’d be very interested in an extended service plan now that the lease service coverage is up.
