Our advisor could not have been nicer. The issue is, when the appointment was made, we told them we wanted an oil change, tires rotated and the plus on the back bumper replaced. We even asked if that needed an appointment. We were told, no that can be done at the same time. It did not go that way! That’s very disappointing and the wait was just over 2 hours. Seems like the employees need to be properly trained to give out information. We love our truck and our salesperson, Bill Belt, but will most likely not be back with this service disappointment. We brought it back last year with an also disappointing experience.
