Great job by Joe and the team today. Once I pulled up I was greeted and was immediately apologized to for the wait, which I only waited a few mins because there was a lady in front of me so no big deal. Then after I pulled up Joe introduced himself and made me feel welcomed, especially after being new to the city. Very detailed and to the point and made sure I was taken care of in the time he quoted which was very spot on. Multiple employees throughout the service and sales floor area asked if I needed any help or if I was being assisted already.
