Richard did follow up nor communicate well throughout this process. I dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday evening after hours and did receive an official diagnosis until Saturday. At each step of the process I initiated a phone call to him only to have him return the call a few hours later stating that his technician was trying to analyze the issue. Very poor service and I would not recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here.
