Tyler was great. Very helpful and eager to make sure everything was done correctly. I still think the scheduling process needs to be improved so customers’ vehicles aren’t sitting on the lot for days waiting for a tech.
My expectation of being given an appointment time is that there will be a tech ready to take my vehicle within a short time of my arrival, or at least the same day.
Having said all that, I am confident that the services provided are top notch.
