Bad experience with Rachael. Had a “we owe” for a vehicle that was purchased. Pleasant experience with Andrew who coordinated looking a bad tire that was sold with vehicle and extra keys. Rachael told me I created the damage, although the damage was there prior to me receiving the vehicle. I explained to her and she could care less. She then proceeded to try to sell me a tire. I visited manager and he resolved the situation.
I was also waiting for 2 keys to be programmed. She tried to tell me I was only owed one. Although this was not the case.
I was rude back to her and manager had to rectify situation.
Sales rep Andrew called next day to explain I was correct all along.
Not sure why she is rude, and I didn’t enjoy being rude back to get things resolved how they should have been in the first place.
I would never visit that portion of dealership again based on her not trying to resolve something that had already been pre discussed before me coming in.
Also don’t appreciate her wasting my time for another trip to fulfill the key that is owed.
The whole situation just seemed very scammy on my end.

I was met in line at my exact appointment time, was checked in and told it would be 2 hours for the service. The waiting room was very accommodating. My truck was completed 10 minutes early and after paying I was handed over a cleaned vehicle. Thank you!
