Elias was awesome. Took me as a walk in because I couldn’t get an appointment for weeks online. My wife and I both have Jeeps and I am concerned about the ability to get them serviced at air park going forward. I am understanding but it seems like there is a log jam there. It happened when she had a warranty issue. I am not being a jerk, just hope you can hire to meet demand. Respectfully giving feedback. Not your service associates issue. It’s the dealership problem.
