Jaime is a very good service representative. My only problem is your mechanics. This is my second time taking my car in and mentioning the very loud squeaking noise every time I brake. Both times they said everything was fine and both time the squeaking got louder

I was not satisfied with my experience at this dealership on 3/7/22. I tried to get an update on the service twice but could never get ANYONE to call me back. I guess when your service advisor is scheduled off the day you are promised your service to be completed YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!! Had I known that the service I was to receive at South County Lexus was to be so poor the day I was to pick up my car, I would have had it towed to Lexus of San Diego.
