To whom it may concern:
Just checked our garage floor and noticed a large oil leak on the floor... subsequently I looked underneath and noticed that there was an oil leak coming from the area of the oil engine filter and the skid plate inspection door was missing.
We just called John Otero and we plan to bring our Jeep back tomorrow to see what can be done with regards to oil leak and getting the skid plate inspection door installed again

I was told the rear defroster was fused back on, but upon looking later on it wasn’t fused back on. It took 6 days to change tires and fix a leak, and the spare tire doesn’t match the 4 tires on the vehicle. I also did not receive any updates on why it was taking so long to get the vehicle done and the vehicle now shakes at about 70 mph, it did not do that before dropping it off
