Jake was fine as the service agent. 3 hours for an oil change is completely unacceptable. There was zero communication during the entire process aside from a text thanking me for choosing Airpark & stating I should reply with any questions. I replied to the text message 90 mins after having no update & never got a reply. I finally walked back to the service area to ask what was taking so long & Jake said the tech was almost finished. Another 30 mins went by before the Jeep was ready. I will not ever be back! This was the most horrid service experience I have ever had.

For starters- They have had the vehicle for approximately 50 days!
Jacob admitted the vehicle being put on the back burner!
Even after “assistance “ with the ridiculous rental car bill, there is still $1000 of the bill left! As a working (need a vehicle) single mom (can’t afford a $1000 rental car bill). This wouldn’t even be an issue if the vehicle had been repaired in a timely manner!
