I was guaranteed a loaner car in my appointment process and confirmation. This was emphasized by me throughout the entire process as I NEEDED a vehicle to get to my next appointment that was time sensitive. This dealership disregarded the emails I received promising me a loaner car, said the appointment would be quick, and I sat in the lobby for an entire hour, missing three of my appointments today because my entire day was set back an hour. This place ****, and they treat you unfairly if you didn't buy your car from them.

I made an appointment for 8am last Friday and had my mother drop my car off. She was told that the car wouldn’t even be looked at until Tuesday because the dealership only had 1 mechanic that could work on hybrids. We picked the car up and I traded it in for a Hyundai Sonata. After paying for the extended warranty and being told that the paint oxidation, which looked horrible wouldn’t be covered unless I furnished receipts for weekly car washes (which wasn’t disclosed in the brochure or by the person selling me the warranty). It’s a shame because I did love that car but I won’t purchase another Chevy.
