I have lost trust in their customer service. I was led to believe by Tim that I would receive a 10% discount for the labor & parts. I had given him notice that I was concerned with the costs & was keeping my service cost under )$1,000 which is why I refused the other 3 service suggestions he had. Even when he called to tell me my car was ready I again asked if I had my 10% discount & he assured me. Unfortunately, at time of check out he only gave me $75 discount instead of approx $117 off citing that’s all he could take off. I feel like he didn’t do much to address my cost concern. Next time I will shop around & not sheepishly trust this particular Lexus Dealer Service. I’ll move my business elsewhere. Tim didn’t particularly care to keep my business so off I go somewhere else who will give me my measly 10 % discount or even more esp when my bill is over $1k.

Jody was awesome, kept me up to date on my truck, she is super nice every time I called her. Still having same issues with my truck, don’t know exactly what’s going on with my truck with the alignment, but took it over to CTU and they did another alignment, and still doing the same thing. I know it’s probably a lift manufacturer issue. But other than that Jody and ford was great, did take a while to get my truck in, cause there were so many vehicles before me.

I brought my Jeep into receive service for another dead battery. This is a return after being told your location would not address my battery issue in October of 2021 due to an "after market alarm" that I did not put on the gladiator. This alarm was included from the dealership I purchased it from. Ultimately, I took it to the other dealership in October and they kept the vehicle for 30 days in order to figure out the problem. The problem was a cracked HVAC header. The problem returned a few weeks ago, and your technician immediately assumed it was the aftermarket alarm. I have been told multiple times that if they decide the alarm is the cause the cost will come out of my pocket. As a Jeep dealership, I expect to be treated the same at all locations. I do not feel your technicians have truly examined the problem at hand. I felt dismissed. I am truly disappointed with my overall experience at your dealership.
