Kyle was great. Very attentive and understanding, but when we took it in for an oil leak, you fixed it, but you replaced the synthetic oil we just put in a week ago with a blend and didn't let us know until we asked. The sticker on the window told the tech what kind of oil it had in it. Pretty simple. You shouldn't replace good stuff with inferior quality stuff, no matter what it is. Thanks, Paul Larsen
