Ok hello to whom it may concern. I bought a $48,000 Camaro SS and midway had installed 2 new rear tires part of the deal.
After tires were done .I heard a noise in left rear wheel .not long after that TPMS fault I am a Ase master technician 40 yes and used my Tpms tool to diagnose. Made a appointment came 1/2 hour early to have sensor and zertech done ..I was told be done at end of day . End of day came ..I received no calls so I called and couldn't reach anyone . I drove down . No one knew what was going on with my car ..Victor left early .not communicating to anyone . I didn't plan to leave car over night needed my car ..they lost my key .I had to drive home and get spare ..my car sat same spot for 6 hours wasn't worked on . I came next day they found my key . I went and bought my own tpms sensor and installed myself . without a tire machine . By pushing bead down and sneaking sensor out .then rolled tire to car I can hear 2 objects in tire but unable to retrieve them . Then after talking to service prior .they said again? Another sensor ? I said this is only one I know about ..so this is what I think happened . When 2 new rear tires were done part of deal .tech broke sensor by accident
They warranted a new sensor . And tech left old broken sensor and possibly a socket in tire . A $48k car 200 mph muscle car . I then picked up car and objects in tire broke new sensor and .I paid $59 for another sensor only the objects are still in tire
Would you like me to come to dealership and let's have tire broke down and let's all see what's in my tire that's causing concern
Then. We can resolve this. I'm very disappointed ?? I can come by anytime . I will come by Monday and talk to Valintino my salesman . I think we should see what's in tire . I know I didn't leave anything in tire . I changed sensor and had damage on it like something rolling around in tire hitting it and objects are still in tire . From my experience sounds like 2 objects one possible a socket and other a sensor
