This has no reflection on my service advisor. I was not happy due to not having an item taken care of because "nothing has happened yet". I received the notice of a possible issue but since it hadn't happened to my vehicle I cant have it fixed. That does not seem right to me at all. This is my only vehicle and cannot afford to have my vehicle in the shop multiple times because the problem has not happened yet. I hope there is an easy fix to my radio situation....
