My Jeep was due for an oil change. When I brought it into the dealership, I mentioned to my service agent that the tires were low and would it be possible to air them up in addition. I also mentioned that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my Jeep during the hours of 10a-2p. My service agent called at 10:30a…
When I got back to the dealership later in the afternoon, my service agent wouldn’t apply a promo code emailed to me by Airpark. My previous service agent was more accommodating. Also my previous service agent would call or text to confirm my approval of additional service required. So receiving a significantly higher bill than normal without explanation in advance was alarming..however I paid the full amount for oil change, tire rotation and fees.
After paying and getting into my Jeep, a warning sound was emitting from the dash. The tires were low. I could have screamed! Had I just paid for a service that didn’t get completed or did my service agent fail me AGAIN in the same day? So I got back out of my Jeep to explain the situation to my service agent and he zipped off in my Jeep for 20-30 minutes. I was “on the clock” for my job and then had to waste my time on someone else’s incompleteness. Not cool..
It was not a good experience at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep today :(
