This comment doesn't apply to just the most recent visit. It seems it's always a lot of work to get a status on a vehicle. Times promised are usually not met and this time I had to leave it overnight and still wasn't able to pick up in the morning as I requested. I had to cancel an afternoon appt so I could pick up my truck. No need to contact me to discuss.
