Brad's customer service was exceptional! He listened to my needs and took the initiative to make sure someone took a look at my sunroof to determine the problem. There is an issue, which he ordered parts for and will call me when they are in to bring my vehicle back to get it fixed. This is the third service for my vehicle and the previous 2 I had asked the service advisors about my issue and neither took the time to get it looked at. All they told me was they didn't have time in the area, I would have to leave it for a few days. No initiative to have someone take a look at it first before assessing the issue. Brad is awesome!
