Nobody called me to tell me my vehicle was ready. Everyone who I came in contact with said they would check and never got back to me. I was told to go to the front sales area to wait and not the temporary waiting area at Fiat. I was promised by my sales guy the cup holder and missing ford symbol in my tire would be replaced and haven’t heard anything from service. I couldn’t ask service when I got my car back because I had concerns with the ac and the used sales manager brought the car to me after having to ask my finance manager for assistant since I couldn’t get any update. Disappointed in the sale of the car and service. I’ve been going here for 2+ years
