Check in and our was super quick and my fix was warranted even though he was not sure at first as it was a small plastic piece. Joseph went out if his way to make sure it was covered which made us very happy as the our trx was brand new and we felt this issue was not something that broke due to something we had done.

When I had my vehicle in for service I was told the work could be completed in approximately 3 hours. I was waiting at your dealership for the work to be completed. After more than 2 hours I was informed by the service writer that the repairs had never been started because the shop couldn't locate all of the parts needed to do the repairs. I felt the situation was not handled properly. I believe I should have been informed much earlier that there was a problem locating the parts, rather than make me sit for 2+ hours only to then be told the repairs couldn't be done that day due to the lack of parts.

When I purchased my fifth vehicle there the current truck that I brought in today I bought a bumper to bumper warranty for my truck when the engine starts screwing up my truck‘s been over a month in your shop and was told that you can’t fix it because it doesn’t show up on the computer but it sure as hell does show up when I’m driving or when I’m trying to pull a trailer so here I am with a truck that’s all **** up and you can’t fix it and my warranty was supposed to cover it for 60,000 miles and I brought my truck in today to find out that 55,000 miles of my warranty is expired… To say that I have not been happy with Midway is an understatement to say that I would consider buying another vehicle from Midway considering I have bought five vehicles from Midway yeah I ain’t gonna do it again you guys can take all your vehicle and find some of the suckered by them and your $5000 warranty that ain’t worth $500 I feel totally screwed but the good news is I will never own another Chevrolet and I will never give Midway Chevrolet one more red cent especially after I had to pay $95 today for a #%}€¥*% oil change
