I would give my service agent Tim 5/5 for communication and attention to detail. He kept me updated and I would be more than happy to have him represent me in the future. Your company has a well oiled machine set up for dropping off cars for service. Very ‘valet style’

When I collected my car, I had dirt/dust marks from work boots on the floor mats driver side and a white substance on the seat.
Just little details that could easily be fixed and are the first thing a client sees when they go to get back into their car. It’s the small things that are noticed more often

But anytime anything changed he always let me know in a timely manner and was very considerate of me my family and my time. My only gripe was that it took over 3 hours to fix a flat. There should be a better way of handling a small emergency when a person brings in a auto they purchased from the dealership. It’s not like I had time to make a scheduled appointment when I had a flat with metal stuck in a tire.
But I did like the manager’s attitude and his concern.
