The managing partner and his son are breeding a toxic, unethical, and scamming business. I would like to speak to anyone that Glenn answers to. They are liars and just want to make money. The business there is beyond slipping and the reputation I’m Scottsdale is known. We are long time jeep owners. In fact, we have purchased 2 there and and almost a third in the past 4 years. We were sold a broken vehicle and clearly Glenn does not like to be held accountable. When he is he actually yelled at my husband and said we aren’t doing business with us ?!?! Really ?! We don’t want to give them business. I actually know 2 other gay couples that had a similar situation. That’s just the icing on the cake. I have 2 pages of notes from the pushy and amateur sales experience. We took out business elsewhere and are very happy. We will never consider airpark. The only person that attempted to make this right was Robert Brickman. He’s so much better than that establishment. So thankful for him. He won’t be able to recover everything that’s going on there with customer service until you change partnerships.

My husband had to have cardiac bypass x 4 surgery, and I had a dead battery in the hospital parking lot. Triple A took my car to Lexus where it was serviced, but with hubby in the hospital, I asked Lexus if they’d deliver my car to my home the next day, and they did!! It was so helpful!
