Bad. Car was dropped off in Thur morning for brake check; got call at 5pm it could take be looked at, but would Fri. Fri & Sat no call or update, even after I called Sat 1pm. Stopped by Sun to get car, but no one helpful. Saleperson took my info, said he and/or manager would call Mon morning; revieved no call Mon. I left message with service that someone would be coming by to get car & key as I was boarding an airplane. Had service done there a few years ago to replace seals; had a different service rep. No record this had been performed there. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

You had our jeep for 10 days before even looking to diagnose the issue. The 10 days wasn't the problem. The issue I had was that my daughter (who drives the jeep) called numerous times of which she was hung up on twice, failed to receive call backs twice. Then I attempted to reach Joe. His voice mail was full. I was also hung up on one and then spoke to 2 people who said they would personally walk a note to Joe (since voice mail was full) and yet I still failed to receive call backs. The final time I called after yet again explaining the run around we had been getting I finally got to someone that was able to get Joe to finally call us back. Miraculously the jeep was looked at the next day and finished that morning for a very minor issue that was under warranty. I can appreciate how busy you are but the failure to return calls, have a full voice mail for 2 weeks or give some sort of ETA is completely unacceptable. A similar situation happened a few months back with my husband's truck.

7/22/22 I arrived at 7 am. I was told the recall work would be 5 hours. I received a text message from Morales. Sent him several asking for updates throughout the day. No response. I finally came to the dealership around 4:30 pm. No Morales. A service advisor said "20 minutes" and my car would be done. I waited. I then saw my car being driven into service area. I asked if any work was performed. The service advisor did not want to admit that my car sat there all day with no repairs. He made excuses including "recalls are not a priority"and we are "shorthanded". I took my car, no repairs at around 5:30 pm. Never saw or spoke to Morales (informed he had left for the day) I will never go to Midway or recommend Midway. Wasted my time and met with excuses. Not even an apology. PAT G
