Our vehicle has been there for 3 weeks and we haven't hgood updates. In fact he said we would get a call yesterday to verify the part came in and we didn't so we don't know if it will done on Tuesday or not.

Same every time I visit. Unnecessary repairs are recommended. Very high prices for basic services. Car wash was awful. Missed spots all around the car. Why are auto lights always turned off and not back on again? Is it so hard to adjust the drivers seat back to where it was when I brought the car in?

Brian goes above and beyond every time to make sure we can get back on the road. He is kind and knows us my name. Not too many business have those kinds of employees. Matt in sells has help us with all of our purchases (which has been many) he as well is wonderful and remembers us every time even if we are just walking around the lot. Justin did a great job with our last purchase as well. Took care of many add ons we needed.

I made an appointment for July 20th after I had called several dodge service centers. I was advised my truck would be diagnosed the same day, but may take a few days to complete repairs. My truck was not diagnosed until July 28th in which time they could not replicate the noise it was making. So I was without a vehicle for 8 days for nothing. I was never given any updates unless I called. I was made to feel like an idiot when I called because I thought the vehicle would be diagnosed in a reasonable amount of time. What is the appointment for? I finally gave up and took the vehicle back. The dome light rattled all the way home as it has since the first day I owned the vehicle . Something they couldn’t replicate and were unwilling to replace. I purchased this vehicle new from A dodge dealer and purchased the additional 140,000 mile warranty. I feel it was a complete waste of money. They couldn’t offer me a loaner car. I had to borrow cars and pay for Ubers. I will have to pay out of pocket in the future to get this vehicle repaired. As much as I love this vehicle I won’t be back to purchase another dodge. I can’t understand how anyone thinks this is ok. I kept being told “this is just the way it is now”. Extremely disappointed! Tire pressure was low in tires and got a flat tire the next day on freeway. No info on vehicle inspection provided and i question if safety inspection was even done.

Hugo is the bomb dot com! Hugo is the BEST! I really enjoy working with Hugo! Because of Hugo I continue to come back, and will come back. Hugo makes it very easy to be able to do business with and that’s why I say Hugo is the best. I know nothing about car maintenance and I feel Hugo is really here to help me! Thank you Hugo!
