The dirty loaner car and my personal car I don’t believe was direct Deven’s fault. He had to personally wipe down and clean the inside of my dashboard before turning the keys back over to me.
Unless your service reps are supposed to wash, vacuum and clean the inside of the cars, I don’t think this problem is Deven’s fault.

From the first call with Adam, and the young man who first greeted me at the service podium when I pulled in, then checking my vehicle in with Angelo and the young man who arranged my loaner car and when picking up my car the next day (today) again with Angelo, everyone was kind, helpful, very pleasant and greeted/accommodated me with a smile. I live in Corona Del Mar but I intentionally chose Lexus Mission Viejo because I do not care for the attitudes at Newport Lexus nor Tustin Lexus. Neither of those places compare with the great service I received at Mission Viejo Lexus. Thank you to all!
