Kyle is always very helpful and gets me in and out with my service. I have also found Kyle to be very knowledgeable when I have questions about my service or other items I might be interested in doing to my SUV. In this case I inquired about getting a lift and all terrain tires for my SUV. Although the dealership does not do lifts he provided me a contact to a business that does and I found that very helpful.
I have been in Managment for many years and was observing Kyle training a new service tech and he was very detailed on the process…seems to be a great trainer. Appreciate all he does.

I would like to give a shout out to the young man who assisted me with getting my car pulled up. I didn’t get his name, but he was a young Asian guy. His customer service was wonderful. I had my hands full and had 2 car seats in the loaner. Not only did he pull up my car, after I finished talking with my advisor, I walked outside to find he had already transferred the car seats from the loaner to my car. Wonderful customer service.
