I think Anthony did a great job as my Service writer. I am not happy that the shop confirmed my jeep was over heating and said it was normal. I feel like they did not spend anytime on my jeep trying to diagnose the problem. My jeep spent over 30 days in the shop and it's still not fixed. Again, I am happy with Anthony but not happy with the shop not fixing my jeep.
