The service department was great! There was a SALESMAN that did call me, I have no idea how he got my number and had no business snooping in around my car! I am sure John had no idea what he was doing!Nothing makes me more angry than a Pushy salesman!

Richard is rude. I have a very expensive jeep that has already been in shop 4 times. Two times for the death wobble. If I show concern, he immediately shuts me down. He is quick to stop me from speaking. I have purchased a lemon and it’s quite obvious. This is our 5th jeep snd I expect much more concern and professionalism for the problem. Also, I made an appointment for wed at 9:00. It took til Friday afternoon to figure out the problem. If somekne makes an appointment, it should be addressed then, not two days later. I was out of a car for 3 full days and now parts have to be ordered. It’s unacceptable. If I made an appointment with a doctor, it means something. It means you address at the time of the appointment, not 3 days later. I had no car, and most of all, ZERO communication. We had to call and grt an update
