My complaint is that, when I purchased my vehicle, I was told by the finance manager that I would get oil/filter changes and tire rotation at no cost for 2 years, as part of the deal. Now your dealership is telling me they have no record of this. This is “bait-and-switch “ and sleazy business practice!

Anthony was professional and understood the disappointment I had with Having to return the car the very next business day. I am not confident that my car issues are resolved however. I had to go out of town and had to rent a car because I didn’t have time to drive it 100 miles to “see” if the engine light was going to come on again.

Covered mileage interval for service was not clearly defined by Finance Manager at time of sale. He simply said, “whenever you need service, bring it in, it’s. Covered nationwide”. Brought truck in for service at 4100 miles as I will be going on a 5000 mile trip this week and do not have time to get service done on the road. Service advisor did not inform me this service was not going to be covered at the time I dropped vehicle off. I was very upset and disappointed to be hit with a $240 service bill I could’ve gotten done for half somewhere else and a quarter if I’d have done it myself. When I expressed my frustration at being misled, service advisor simply said it was out of his hands and you’d have to take it up with finance department and that the covered service interval is 6mo/7500 miles. I find this completely unacceptable considering I spent an extra $6000 on top of the purchase price for a maintenance and extended warranty I see little to no value in. I don’t appreciate being misled and I’d like to give you the opportunity to make this right, or I will be submitting a refund request to MPP and will not spend another dollar at Airpark for anything.
