Car was on the drive ready to go for more than 30 minutes. I had to go to the counter myself to checkout even though the advisor knew I was waiting onsite for 5 hours. I’m not disappointed it took 5 hours as I told him I was not in a hurry and the choice to stay onsite and catch up on work was my choice. But- I should have been notified timely that the vehicle was ready. Also disappointed that during my oil change a few months ago- nobody bothered to tell me my brake pads were seriously low. You guys oversight cost me a set of rotors that were just changed out 20k miles ago. I was under the impression a multi-point inspection was included in the expensive oil change. Such an easy and important safety check to look at the brake pads and it cost me an extra $600.
