I am currently deployed and my wife was kind and brought the jeep in for service. This is not easy for her as she has serious health conditions.
I wanted to teach my son how to change the oil filter, before leaving for deployment. My wife is the one who caught that the oil light came on a few weeks later. We made an appointment and she brought it in. Your staff treated her like a stupid woman, which is horrendous. Both of the people who interacted with her were condescending, rude and shaming her for something I did.
You should be treating women respectfully and with dignity. It took a lot of physical effort and pain for her to bring the Jeep in to be serviced. She is an intelligent and thoughtful, kind person.
I am ashamed that your staff is treating women with such disdain.
