I just spent $1,600 for repairs and service. I was told the radio needed replaced to repair the dash light sections that didn't light and dome light buttons that wouldn'turn on the map lights. The "fix" didn't last a day. And as far as I know, the after market alarm system, that was working when I brought my truck in, that now needs replaced, was damaged by poor diagnostic testing of the problem that is still not fixed.
Additionally, the back up sensor that was working before is now broken.
I am EXTREMELY unhappy.

Advisor is not familiar with the TSB. More importantly, he makes a lot of assumptions as i had to personally call the Niisan owner services in TN and hand him the phone and tell him to talk to them. At the end there were “misunderstanding” that led him to refuse to perform TSB sw update. Not knowing is ok, but he believed he knew everything

I was told that the oil change would take an hour and a half to two hours. It took three. I never received an apology from Jesse. I did end up going home in an Uber and coming back, so I feel that since I was not there, they thought it was fine to make my car a non priority. I am incredibly disappointed and do not plan on bringing my car back again.
