Dragan was great. I would like to point out however that Rachel in car rental was giving the people ahead of me a really hard time, telling them she didn't have a car for them and I ended up waiting almost an hour for her to resolve that before she even addressed me so I was very late getting on my way. I never did figure out the issue. My rental took 5 minutes after that and I got no explanations.

I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion, and they said my car was okay (the outer tie rods are not so old/worn that this is a driving hazard--they're in the condition you'd expect from an older car, but that doesn't mean that they need to be replaced yet). Between this blatant grab for my money, and the way he (and the manager) handled the situation with my window, you probably shouldn't bother calling-- you guys just lost a customer.
