I arrived this morning with an appointment for an oil change. When I was finally greeted by the service representative he was not very friendly and indicated that my car wouldn’t be serviced for almost two hours. I thought the point of scheduling an appointment was to avoid waiting for other cars to be serviced first. Almost three hours later I was told that my car was ready. My check engine light was on and there was no attempt made to check and see what was wrong. Every other car repair or service center I’ve been to would have checked to see what was wrong by checking the codes and if it wasn’t a quick fix they would ask to investigate further. I was told I would need to bring it back in at another time to have that checked. The whole experience was frustrating and I won’t be returning. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment if my car just ends up in the back of the line anyway?

The people are nice. But I make an appointment and it’s two hours later before someone looks at my car. The more I take my car in for simple services the more costs I incur. A simple oil change cost me $53.00. There are a lot of other places who will complete simple services for less.
