The service was great and so was the customer service although the price was a bit high for my budget. Overall I had an exceptional experience today at Cerritos Nissan.

4th vehicle with you. Always serviced by you. 100% satisfaction with service until today. Arrived in driveway at 657am for 7am appt. Sat in driveway while Jeep behind me alarm/horn went off for about 20 minutes. Had 4 different guys come to me and asked if someone was helping me. I finally just left the Jeep and went inside. Poor service is a direct reflection of management. The issue is rarely people, it’s more likely an issue of training, tools, or overloading. Micheal was very easy to speak with, but I clearly saw his frustration from his system not functioning properly. It was clear he was stressed about it, where he could have taken the opportunity to up sell a higher level of service at the first point of contact, instead of damage control after the fact. This service department is completely oversold and gave me the impression of too busy to get the job done.
