Last time I was in for my prepaid oil changes, purchased the day my 2018 Dodge Durango, my service writer told me I still had 4 oil change and tire rotations, with no mention of expiration. Imagine my surprise when I came in Wednesday and was told my oil changes had expired last November. I do not drive this SUV very much, five years old with 32,000 miles. I always use full synthetic, and always pay the upcharge.
So after talking to Mr. Acevedo and offering to pay a nominal fee for an Oil Change, he advised this oil change would be over One Hundred dollars. So the wY I see things is I lost over 300 to 400 dollars in prepaid services. I am not happy about this at all.
