With multiple phone calls AND VOICE MESSAGES to Joe with no response except one where he said he would call back and never did I finally went through someone else. The job was completed and the service the day of was excellent as always but he’s either overloaded or there has to be a better return call system at the dealership. I don’t believe his actions are intentional but it was a series of calls for a month to finally get in.
