John Kenny was very personable, professional, and kept me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle but I have not been happy with the service that Scottsdale Alfa Romeo has provided me after buying an expensive luxury car from them. I will be taking my Alfa Romeo somewwlse for service in the future.

I’ve never had service of this caliber from any dealership. My husband has been going to Tony for years and suggested I book an appointment with him. He was waiting at the curb when I pulled up, greeted me by name and really is a great as my husband said he was. He listened and was genuinely concerned about the issues I was having with my Leaf. The technician, Jason, was also awesome. He was really patient during the test drive to replicate the sounds I was hearing and once he heard them and acknowledged them, I felt confident that he would be able to fix the problem. And he did! The service from Tony and Jason was outstanding. They represent Cerritos Nissan, and the Nissan Corporation, really well. Thank you!

Jason did an exceptional job today with keeping his customers updated on where the shop was with their vehicles. It was out of his control what was going on behind the scenes but he stayed calm and kept us informed. I was crunched for time so I opted just for the oil change and would come back for the recall. I decided to leave my truck and pick it up after work. To my surprise he had the shop perform my recall work as well. Very impressed. Now that is going above and beyond. Great customer service Jason. I went in for oul and tores , i also asked for state inspection because I needed to renew my plates. I later found out by license bureau that i did not need one since car is less than 5 years old. I would of thought someone there would of told me. So I paid for an inspection that i did not need! :(

My son works there and told me about the special of buy two tires, get two free. So I thought this is a good deal. So when I pulled into the service department about 6am, no other customers were around. I stood there for 10 minutes or more before anyone even looked at me or even asked me if I needed help. There was about 5-6 staff members standing in the glass offices in the service department drinking coffee and eating bagels. Finally a man in a button up shirt, I think he was a salesman, asked me if I had been helped. So then they sent Jorge over to me. He informed me that I would have to buy an alignment along with the tires, after all the fees, he quoted me about $438. I told him it was not much of a deal, since I was technically paying for the extra tires through the alignment and extra fees. Plus I already had an alignment done not too long ago. Jorge said, I’ll talk to my manager and he’s let me know. He never called me so around 8am I called and left a message that I didn’t want the alignment. I’ve been to Toyota dealerships and even Kia and Mazda, no one ever made me buy extra because “that’s how their special works”. So then I found out he ordered the wrong tire size, but I was not informed by Jorge but my son. I waited an hour to see if Jorge was going to call me, he never did- so I sent a text asking if there was changes. He called me around 11 and informed me it was about the same price and I wouldn’t be charged any more. That was not what happened, he quoted me $90 a tire. But the new tires I was charged $95.95 a tire. My sone called me and informed me that o did indeed have to buy the alignment with this package but they were willing to take off about $50. That did happens but the out he door cost was $416.58. After all that I got a call about 5pm saying my car was ready. At that point I had pulled a muscle in my leg and was not going anywhere. I understand there was some complications with getting the wrong tire size- but that’s the longest I ever had to get my tires changed and an alignment. I am highly satisfied with the work done with my tires being changed :) I am highly satisfied with the alignment that was done. I am not satisfied with the way the service reps handle customers and Jorge. Just thought you should know, thank you for your time Monica M
