Good job...one suggestion: I have owned my first jeep ever for less than 6 months. I knew nothing about what to have done on first visit...my bad. I received an email that my second coat of ZakTek was due. Then I received an email acouple of days later that it was time for oil change and tire rotation with a coupon for discount. I scheduled appointments and brought jeep in. Told the servicman that I didn't really need a tire rotation yet. He inadvertantly did it anyway. I then received call that car was ready and that tires were rotated and oil changed, ZakTek, etc done. I told the service dept that I didn't want the rotation. When I picked the car up they said that the reverted tires back to original location. Then someone said it doesn't matter because I had four free oil changes (now three), and four rotations, which were through SWEEP program. Why dudn't someone tell me ahead of time. Then when I got home I checked mileage...only 2200 miles!...my bad for not checking. So wasted oil change and extra time....bottom line brief first timers with new cars on first visit.

The whole team did a wonderful job on my car. Fast in, fast out and high quality, too. I happened into Grapevine Ford a day earlier than I was supposed to be. They put me in to get my passenger airbag replaced under a recall notice. I expected to be turned away. I was very surprised and grateful that I was allowed to stay and get my car serviced.
